What is a phone lock box for?
To keep your phone out of reach for as long as you choose. Many people use it to study or work without distractions, cut down screen time, have family meals without phones or keep the phone out of bed.
How long can I set the timer for?
Between 5 and 720 minutes, that is, up to 12 hours in a row.
Will my phone fit?
It depends on its size with the case on. The box measures 205 × 95 × 20 mm (8.1 × 3.7 × 0.8 in).
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. It does not connect to the phone and needs no app: it works with any phone that fits in the box, iPhone or Android.
Can it be opened early in an emergency?
Yes, as a last resort: press and hold the large button for 10 seconds and the box opens. This opening only works twice in the whole life of the box. While the box is locked you can still answer calls.
How do I charge the box?
With the USB-C cable included. A full charge takes about 60 minutes and lasts up to 60 days on standby.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is included in the shop price. Estimated delivery is 8-15 business days, with a tracking number.
Can I return it if it's not for me?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving it to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. You can do so through the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of the page. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product arrives defective or is not the one you ordered.
What do I do if it arrives defective or isn't what I ordered?
Write to us at getlockin.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos. You are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
What colours does it come in?
Green and blue. You can choose the colour on the product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is processed in Shopify's secure checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check it on the order tracking page.
What guarantee does it have?
The legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years from delivery in Spain and a minimum of 2 years in the rest of the European Union.
