Returns and refund policy

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, counted from the day on which you or the person you designate receive the product. If the order includes several items delivered separately, the period starts with the delivery of the last one.

The quickest way is the “Withdraw from the contract here” function, available in the footer of every page of the shop: you enter your name, the order number and an email address, and confirm.

You can also send us a clear statement of your decision at getlockin.co@gmail.com or use the model form that appears at the end of this page.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, with the content of your statement and the date and time at which we received it.

Send the product to the address we will give you by email when we process your request, without delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return costs: these are borne by you, unless the product arrives defective or is not the one you ordered.

Return the box with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging.

We refund everything you paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it.

The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used, at no cost to you.

You may open and try the box as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss of value caused by use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the product arrives damaged, does not work or is not the one you ordered, write to us at getlockin.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you, in accordance with the legal guarantee: 3 years in Spain and a minimum of 2 years in the rest of the EU.
