Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of products at https://getlockin.co. The seller is getlockin. You can contact us at getlockin.co@gmail.com.

By placing an order you accept these terms. To make a purchase you must be over 18 years of age. These terms do not limit the rights that Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) grants to consumers.

The main characteristics of each product are set out on its product page, together with the details of the manufacturer and of the responsible person in the European Union. Photographs are for guidance only: the colour may vary slightly depending on the screen. If a product goes out of stock after you place your order, we will let you know and refund the amount without delay.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and shipping costs: the price you see is the price you pay in the shop.

When we announce a price reduction, the previous price we show is the lowest one applied in the preceding 30 days.

• You choose the product and the colour, and add it to the cart.
• At checkout you enter your contact and shipping details and choose the payment method.
• Before paying you see the summary with the total price, including taxes and shipping. The payment button indicates that the order implies an obligation to pay.
• You receive the order confirmation by email, with these terms.

The contract is concluded in Spanish and is stored in our order system. You can correct errors in your details before paying by going back to the previous steps of the checkout.

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout: card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The charge is made when the order is confirmed. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection.

We deliver to Spain and the rest of the European Union within 8-15 business days from confirmation of the order, a time frame you accept when you purchase. The details are in the shipping policy.

The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to you when it is received by you or by the person you have designated.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without stating the reason. You can exercise this right through the “Withdraw from the contract here” function, available in the footer of every page, or by any other means. The returns policy explains the procedure and includes the model withdrawal form.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years from delivery in Spain and a minimum of 2 years in the rest of the European Union. If the product is not in conformity you may request its repair or replacement and, where these are not possible or are disproportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract, at no cost to you.

Alternative dispute resolution: we are not a member of any consumer arbitration board or of any other alternative dispute resolution scheme.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
